Papilio Puredistance 2023

I gave this fragrance to myself for my birthday - and I loved it immediately, so familiar and nostalgic it seems to me: it smells of October, of the damp autumn leaves on a sunny day in the park, and of my mother's leather wallet, which I can still remember, because it was her favorite for years - buttery soft, made of the delicate noble pink leather.
The fragrance is multi-faceted yet balanced and natural, nothing is too much about it. Opening - opulent, fruity, fresh but not sharp. Somewhat tart base, but not bitter or biting, but enveloping, heartwarming. Durability - very good, sillage - not slaying, rather close to the body. An all-rounder, for everyday wear as well as for special occasions the right thing.
I feel very comfortable with it - Papilio is definitely an enrichment of my fragrance collection.
