Fresh but Deep
At first, I wasn't a big fan of the Phantom line. I already knew the other two and didn't really like them.
Accordingly, I approached Phantom Intense with some bias...only to be proven wrong.
I smelled it for the first time in the local drugstore, the only place where I can really test perfumes.
As I said, I was surprised.
Fresh, but not superficial. Not the classic fresh men's designer scent. No, something new. (Of course, not a niche scent either)
I actually quite like it and occasionally wear it when going out...in the evening.
For the rest of the day, I would advise against it.
While it has a certain depth, it is still more of a fresh and only slightly spicy scent that fades quickly.
It's great for going out to dinner with a partner, but as soon as you're back home, the scent is almost gone.
It reminds me less of a Parisian night and more of a summer night in New York.
The evening begins, bringing each person their individual calm, while the crowd rages outside.
You sit in the bar after work and find peace, but outside is the typical big city chaos.
I would love to experience that, but I have never been to NYC.
But if I were, as a perfume lover, I would probably take a different, more refined scent to the city that never sleeps.
I also perceive the synthetic notes strongly. Normally, I tend to avoid such scents, but this one has really snuck into my heart.
It lasts about 5 hours on my skin, and the sillage is moderate.
For the price, it's a top scent, even though I wear it rarely.
