No hazardous goods. Just a harmless little water

I strongly doubt that this scent was meant to imitate the actual smell of kerosene, as was the case with Gasolin at least. That said upfront. Kerosene, which one tends to think of as "dangerous," is actually the absolute opposite of this eponymous fragrance: a tender floral water that wishes no harm to anyone.

And here the fragrance notes are definitely on point: Salty skin? Abstract, but yes, you definitely perceive that. And how! Bitter orange peel? Yes, that too almost blends with the salty skin. However, it is the jasmine that predominantly sets the tone here.

In the rather unusual opening, the jasmine lingers a bit longer than just in the top note. With this scent, you definitely perceive a somewhat abstract DNA. I find it also has something of a candy wrapped in paper.

You can recognize the synthetics in it, which also comes with a citrusy and especially green freshness. However, this freshness is not "clean-cut" but rather... well, I don't even know how to interpret it. Let's call it a typically "affordable" freshness of fragrances in the lower price category.

What would be its ideal occasion? During simple walks or when doing the weekly grocery shopping... just those kinds of stories. Not to speak ill of it or anything, but for an expensive dinner date or a visit to the opera... it is far from that.

Regarding longevity and sillage: somewhat "milder" compared to typical Rammstein fragrances, but at this price point, one shouldn't have too high expectations. Some fragrances may need to be tested before being purchased. Kerosin is one of them.
