From Metal Music and Cartoons
Yes folks, it's true. We have the strangest year ever - no wonder I'm writing a comment about a Rammstein fragrance ;-)
When the bottle was shown among the new releases, I was immediately extremely triggered.
This color, this name, this shape, the spikes, and then also Rammstein.
Those were the days back then with black-dyed hair, white powder, eyeliner up to the hairline, and always this dark, brutal music. Back then at Dark Wave parties and some basement raves where you would ponder life and society at around 3 AM with red eyes to Depeche Mode, Rammstein, Placebo, etc. You felt above it all - the only one understanding the system....damn world. I won't bow to it!!!
The next day, you would watch Chip & Dale and the Gummy Bears to sober up, and everything would be fine again.
Today I'm blonde, sometimes wear pink lip balm, and occasionally watch cooking shows.
Times change.
But the eyeliner has stayed, my preference for metal and rock too, and I love Pennywise.
In general, I love horror clowns....what kind of people are afraid of them...she said, knowing that she herself is afraid of dragonflies...oh well.
What does all this have to do with the fragrance....NOTHING! I was just bored....although....
actually, it all has exactly 100% to do with the fragrance.
Because that's how I feel when I wear it.
I feel daring at first: bam - spikes on the bottle, then the black ornaments on the dark red, this wicked, metallic rose - there it is again: that feeling of strength and the delusion of being invulnerable. Zip up the leather jacket and off we go!
This attitude really lasts for hours until, yes, until the soft dry down comes.
Then I feel all warm and fuzzy inside, almost sentimental.
How beautiful life can be, all soft and cozy.
Like the wool blanket back when watching Darkwing Duck.
Nice - Till Lindemann and his boys are probably just like that and secretly watch cartoons :-)
Those who act so evil on the outside are often like that :-)
At this point, a few facts for the record:
The longevity is extremely good, the sillage is not to be underestimated, the bottle is made of high quality, so fans of a good price/performance ratio will get their money's worth here.
The fragrance itself is also very valuable - the niche hit among drugstore scents
The shadow that flutters through the night
The villain who later dares to be tender.
The rose in it smells very elegant, thankfully not a potpourri rose.
The scent is slightly synthetic.
No floral overkill, great smoky note, far from church.
The base is soft, but not that 0815 vanilla-musk combo.
All in all, it's a successful one - the good one :-)
If you can read this, great:
You didn't click away after the first lines with the motto:
what the hell is this almost 40-year-old woman writing here??
I like it.
I just wanted to describe to you what comes to my mind.
There's always a lot - there's always a lot going on in my head ;-)
Some things just never change:
So it was and so it will always be
She wants it and so it is customary
What she wants, she gets
Hey cool, if that's the case, I'll finally get a dog soon.
So I have to hurry and buy some treats.
If I'm lucky, Rammstein is just on the radio.
Unfortunately, I don't have any CDs left from back then
In that sense: Bye with a V!!!!

I laughed, and yet the scent was described as well.
Wonderful... just simply wonderful.
Let's hope this strange year is not just the beginning...
