Piña Ibiza

Tropical perfumes are as plentiful as sand on the beach. With most of them, I feel like I'm drinking a cocktail mixed with more or less love.

However, this representative of its genre manages to transport me mentally to the South Seas. Dominant and lasting is the blend of pineapple and coconut. So far, quite generic. The exciting part is the addition of green notes from oak moss and patchouli. A fresh sea breeze brings to mind the wind that sweeps through the dunes and palm trees from the sea. For those who pause mindfully, flowers reveal themselves, opening delicately. The scent is masterfully blended.

Longevity and sillage are very good. I could perceive it all day without it becoming too close to the skin. For a summer perfume, it is very intense, and it is advisable to wear it in milder temperatures or at night, as the marketing suggests.

I would love to call it my own. However, I have wondered when I can use it, as I prefer a light scent, especially in summer. But when customers start to annoy me with overly high expectations or when my wife stirs up long-past issues, then the moment has come. I press the gold-colored sprayer and beam myself away to the island, where I sit between the dunes with a Piña Colada in hand, listening to the sound of the sea.
