Why So Shy?
You are so different from the others. The ones I know. The ones I have.
Cassis with incense? Seriously? I usually struggle with fruits in perfumes.
Juniper? Yes, of course. Citrusy notes in the opening? Sure! But blackcurrants?
Good thing I didn’t know who and how you were when we first met, so we encountered each other without prejudices. You immediately captivated me. "You haven't smelled this good in weeks!" was just one comment from my surroundings.
Alongside your fruity opening, the finest incense appears. Resinous notes in the background. The other notes are perfectly orchestrated around your fruity-smoky core theme. Nothing pushes itself forward loudly, nothing disturbs. You are very coherent and rounded. But are you also harmonious?
In mythology, harmony is the illegitimate child of Mars and Venus. A child of the goddess of love and the god of war. I feel the love, the protective and nurturing aspect in you, yet I miss Mars. Where is your strength in the outside world? When will you show some edge?
In that sense, you are not so harmonious!

Sillage: Unfortunately too tame
Bottle: For nostalgics. Sprayer is mediocre, plastic cap is an insult

I'm still thinking about it 🤔
Maybe the composition is just too sweetened to be appealing. But that risks getting a lukewarm average rating.
The price should justify a better H/S.
When I said in the perfume shop that it was missing the oomph, the owner laughed pretty loudly...
He really liked that expression :-)
Now we know the reason!!
And incense has always been the legal cannabis... with a similar effect on the brain, or so neurologists claim. 😂🤣
