Great and uncommon
Warning: This perfume is so different to anything you have ever smelled before that I strongly recommend to test it on you before buying.
This perfume is fantastic and it is so out of the ordinary that I have no words to describe it and leaves me wondering why other noses have not tried this route before. It is very warm and inviting, cardamom is without a doubt the dominant note at opening, it start vanishing very early, but it never disappears completely. The warmth of the pepper is complemented nicely by geranium (I was never a fan of geranium before, but here it works). I get very little of the anise, if at all.
The drydown is powdery and woody and if you have never smelled mate before, you are up for a treat.
Sillage is initially very strong but subsides fast and becomes a very close to the skin fragrance. Longevity is good, but as it is very close to the skin, after a few hours people will not notice it, although you will get whiffs here and there, and at the end of the day you still will smell it in your clothing.
Try it specially if you are looking for something really uncommon.
