Cloud 9 Roads 2017

It was 2016, early September when I last sprayed on Cloud 9 by Roads. I got it from a friend borrowed, because I had unfortunately forgotten my perfume that evening and we met at her for a glass of wine to then go out on the town.
WOW, I thought to myself! That haut purely and will hold for the first time the whole night. It did, even until the morning! I was surrounded by a powdery, slightly synthetic freshness. I liked it! Definitely! Nonetheless, I lost track of it again, since I had stocked up on fragrances. But it was in the back of my mind. A few years later, March 2021 to be exact, I remembered the scent again and had a great desire to buy it at all costs. No sooner said than done! I was really looking forward to it and two days later my package arrived. I opened it and was already thrilled by the packaging. When I then the dark bottle in the hand held, came me briefly ... was not the white? Hmmm....sprayed on, smelled....this fragrance I somehow did not know. Had I become so oblivious to the few years? Waited a few minutes....No, I still didn't know this one. Eventually, it turned out that the Cloud 9 fragrance was no longer available. It was completely reissued, but with the same name, which definitely leads to confusion. I can't say I don't like it, but it definitely doesn't have much to do with the old Cloud 9 anymore and that's kind of a shame! This is a very creamy scent that my husband says is reminiscent of a body lotion, not a perfume. At the end of the day, I think it's good as I like fragrances like this too, it's just not what I was expecting. If you're in the mood for a freshly showered and lotioned feeling, this is the one for you. This scent turned out to be a good lasting "Nivea Creme" scent on me. Unobtrusive and very clean without pungent note
