A Walk on Clouds
Paradiso has, let's put it this way, positively blown me away.
With its fresh, extremely cheerful, and summery note.
It already puts me in a good mood for the vacation days that lie ahead of me.
Letting the sun hit my pleasantly full belly.
A gentle breeze that tickles the nose and skin.
Finest sand that you sink into gently.
Clear water that invigorates you.
Music that lifts your spirits.
Then again, silence.
Thoughts have fallen asleep, the body is completely carefree.
You enjoy fully.
You feel how the stress slowly fades from your mind.
You feel how the tensions dissolve.
You feel how the thoughts gather and dissipate into nothing.
I can't think.
Thinking is sometimes really unnecessary.
Worries are unnecessary.
People who always want to dictate everything to you are unnecessary.
People who push you further back instead of driving you forward are unnecessary.
You are weightless.
Forget everything!
Like a bubbling waterfall, the bad thoughts and worries are ignited from the body.
Paradiso lets me float in the water and at the same time walk on clouds.
I feel so free, so carefree, and so relaxed.
It develops initially quite citrusy and fresh. I must admit, I distinctly perceive the mandarin, alongside a wonderful pineapple/mango scent. It lets pleasant tones speak. Slowly, a warmer, sweeter note comes in. You are enveloped by its lovely nature. The jasmine hangs like a hammock in the scent, whispering a bit from the violet. They are a well-rehearsed team. The fragrance then becomes lighter and softer. It practically douses you with an aquatic quality.
For me, one of the best new releases and an absolutely successful perfume. Not complex. Not so complicated. Not particularly unique, but still a faithful companion for the upcoming beach vacation. It is just as well suited for summer at home. For an extensive swimming evening, for a gathering with friends, etc.! It clings to me for up to 5 hours. The sillage is in the middle range, but that's exactly how I want it!
As a seasoned spice - oud - incense woman, Paradiso has completely convinced me. The only thing I would criticize is that I imagined much more juicy fruity notes that don't fade away so slowly and pass on to the flowers. It is simply constructed. Simple is also good sometimes. When I think about everything I’ve had under my nose from all the complex, hard-to-understand niche fragrances, I am also glad to catch some solid mainstream scents that practically overwhelm you with a fresh and cheerful mood.
I like that!
The bottle is very chic. It sprays precisely and fits well in the hand.
And now, I’ll take another round on the clouds.
Thanks to Paradiso.

I tested it yesterday and thought exactly the same - it's pure summer and vacation vibes. The first Cavalli that I actually like.

Ah yes... *sigh*... that's going on my summer wishlist, and I'll be sending you a bottle of sunscreen!

I also have this stuff here to test; the perfumer created Eau de Star too - so it can't go wrong. I'm curious!

Yes, it smells very good and cheerful! Quite like the acqua, just a bit more herb-fresh later on.
