Italian summer
In Florence, Tuscany, the smell of spring is significant. Perhaps due to the huge amount of delicious crops and flowers that grow there. The earth smells wonderful, warmed by the sun, not yet dried. There is a certain feeling of a new beginning and a longing for summer. This is how VV smells to me.
I wear this in spring and summer and when I do I feel an urge to go to Italy and grab a glass of white wine in a small restaurant on a shady piazza in the middle of the old town in Florence, just looking at the people strolling by. So relaxed and mellow.
