Buttery caramel treat meets the luxury
I was really looking forward to smelling such a clear gourmand scent from Roja and I knew right away that I would love it. The fact that it had been criticized was just a sure sign of the sophistication that the scent represents - I personally don’t like overwhelmingly strong one-dimensional edible scents, it has to be done with style.
The woody bed with indulgent, gentle spices and thick, cuddly Vanilla accompanied by sensual Musk and Ambergris is covered with Caramelized citruses and elegantly delicious different kind of gourmand facets. Sweet and salty nuances are dancing fluidly, seamlessly, addictively. The creamy, dreamy, buttery, silky smooth texture is incredibly attractive and elegant yet I can’t help but think about the smell of various freshly baked pastries floating in the air. The scent has a golden, bright, luminous and vibrant aura.
Simplified, this scent is a creamy, buttery toffee with a hint of mandarin wrapped in a cashmere blanket, but the scent is adult-like and dignified with a subdued performance that is not at all too weak and lasts a long time.
What comes to the fruits: I love them in fragrances, but I’m so glad that nothing but different kind of Oranges have been put into this fragrance. That makes this unique. They are so amazingly well made and this scent has the best citrus aroma along with Burlington 1819 .
I haven’t come across a similar gourmand scent that exudes luxury and opulence. That’s why I’m completely in love with Lost in Paris. This is Gourmand Extraordinaire.
