Romeo Gigli per Uomo Romeo Gigli 1991 Eau de Toilette

Now I'm unpacking another vintage miniature. The Romeo Gigli per Uomo Eau de Toilette has a really exciting scent and I like it more and more over time. In addition, the longevity of around 7 to 8 hours as well as the sillage are successful.

I like the top note the least here. It starts off quite green, earthy and herbaceous thanks to tarragon and oakmoss. Then it smells resinous like fir trees. After a short time, citrus fruits such as bergamot and lavender emerge. The heart note then becomes much more floral, soapy but also more oriental. Garden carnations, rose water, cinnamon and jasmine blossom should be mentioned here. The base then has an excitingly sweet and vanilla scent of tonka beans, benzoin, prunes and amber, as well as woody, earthy, woody, smoky and balsamic notes of patchouli, sandalwood, styrax and cedarwood.

There really is a lot going on here and a lot on offer. I'm already looking forward to emptying the mini :-)
