Another of those fragrances that promises to revolutionize the henhouse due to its notes and certain hype, but it also makes a lot of noise when entering.
Gentlemen, this is a real BOMB which I don't know if I should classify at its start as something to be brushed or to be simply dressed up.
To start with, that almost gummy oud is there from beginning to end, which is what gives it that asphalt smell, because yes, this can remind you of a newly tarred road. As you apply it you have a very loaded bubble of citrus and pepper, which is true that it reminds you of gasoline, but without that earthy and rotten tone that normal, everyday gasoline usually has. Of course, always with that metallic tone. The truth is that it is a very curious start.
You can really notice that mint which gives it an exquisite greenness, and it is also appreciated that it is there, because if it were not, surely everything mentioned above would overwhelm and drown it too much. The vetiver is also present, which gives it a slightly spicy aroma, as well as making the greenness of the mint even more present. What surprises me is that the rose and neroli don't have even more votes, their presence is crystal clear as this Nuvolari loses steam, which I tell you is like 3 ounces projecting iron.
It is a very different fragrance, which is quite appreciated, and at the same time, it is also complicated, that rubbery oud is something curious. I would compare it in that sense with Fantomas by Nasomatto, because it is something peculiar and unique that reminds us of many well-known things at the same time.
Quite unisex, the cold and medium temperatures are your friends, because this with heat has to be crazy.
And here is where I return to what I said at the beginning: that spicy and mineral green gives you the ability to wear it on any formal or semi-formal occasion, but it has certain touches that force you to wear at least a jacket, not a tailcoat, mind you. And all this lasting 8/9 hours, and I'm not even going to mention the clothes.
In short: Something to really stand out from the rest, which will surely make you explain the whole story of why the perfumer did what he did. It will certainly give you another topic of conversation.
