Leather Polish Style
I also get to test this one.
2 sprays on the back of my right hand. Leather. Strong leather spreads in my nose. Deeep leather. The leather jacket that has been worn for several years now. But something green emerges in between. Deep in the forest, right among the trees. My leather jacket flutters with the wind. Somewhere, on the wet ground, I see something green. It smells wonderful. Fresh, wet forest floor.
But the leather is not so overwhelmingly dominant. Due to the top note, it soon fades into the background. It is still detectable, but no longer the bomb it was at the beginning. The scent remains spicy-leathery. The density of the base beautifully supports the fragrance.
Now we move into the minty-spicy. The scent is green in its progression. Delicious.
The leather note continues to fade nicely and slowly disappears into the darkness. Leather makes way for something new. It remains warm and minty (juniper?).
Great men's scent. The opposite of Sense Dubai 8 (clearly feminine).
Now the leather slowly diminishes. Barely detectable. The minty-freshness is still in the foreground. But the scent is by no means fresh, as it has a rather heavy base. Labdanum emerges. Not my favorite note, but it fits perfectly with this fragrance.
It becomes nutty. This change in the scent fascinates me. And now it remains relatively linear. Leather almost disappeared. Juniper is still well detectable. So it continues. Now the fresh-minty fades away and it becomes warmer. Mossy-greenish. I like it a lot. It reminds me of a scent I can't quite name right now. And so it remains. Nutty-mossy-green with a slight leather accord.
A good scent for any season. Initially, I would have said more for winter due to the leather, but I move away from that and would now say towards the end, better to wear in summer/autumn/spring at not 30°. Then it will definitely be great. Tested at around 23°.
