ZEN GOLD ELIXIR

This fragrance is inspired by a traditional Japanese method of wood preservation called Yakisugi In this method, the surface of wood is burned to protect the layers underneath.
And I actually smell charred wood which in combination with rose and jasmine makes for a successful composition. Frankincense, one of my favorite notes, is subtle or almost non-existent here in my opinion. H+S are mediocre, quite in the sense of the Japanese philosophy of transience.
It is an autumn-winter fragrance that can be worn well by a woman but also by a man
