I don't understand the ratings

I had the pleasure of testing the fragrance multiple times in different situations thanks to a sample. First of all, it must be said that this scent does not reinvent the wheel. It is oriented towards existing fragrances, with strong similarities to Oud Satin Mood Extrait de Parfum especially at the beginning. So, soapy rose on a light oud base. A distinct caramel note accompanies it, making the fragrance more feminine. In my opinion, however, a man can also wear this scent, especially if the outfit is a bit more elegant.
As for the fragrance itself, I can only say that it remains quite linear and does not develop significantly. Individual notes, such as the very light oud accord, become less prominent over time. In the end, a not unharmonious and by no means cheap-smelling sweet and slightly powdery/creamy scent remains.
All in all, I cannot understand the fragrance rating of 7.2 (as of 06.24). Similar fragrances, like the aforementioned OSM, have a fragrance rating of 8.5 at the same time.
Where Born from Fire has to make compromises is in the H/S. This is by no means bad, but it doesn't hit as hard as comparable rose/oud fragrances. After 8 hours, I could still perceive the scent, and it naturally lasts much longer on clothing.
If you are into this type of perfume (rose/oud) that tends to lean feminine, I can definitely recommend it. The price for 100 ml is really fair.
