Sweet Treat Box
Does anyone know it? In Erding, there's a small shop with the nice name "Sweet Treat Box".
A bit hidden, not right in the pedestrian zone, but before you head directly into the city, on a side street. You walk in and there’s everything. I mean EVERYTHING in sweets that your heart desires. Chocolate from very bitter to very sweet. Light, dark, colorful, in the shape of figures. There are gummy creatures, snakes, gummy bears, fizzy UFOs, real goodies like back in the day, American, English, and who knows what other foreign sweets. You can even put together small bags. The sweet "man" in the shop gives you tips and lets you nibble and is happy when you gain some "hip gold" and have a sparkle in your eyes.
Personally, I find that absolutely terrible. A b s o l u t e l y terrible. Because I go in, take a big whiff, and I’m full *laughs* and of course, I immediately feel much, much fuller. While my little wallet has become a bit leaner. Anyway, it definitely smells like "The Princess Party" in there. Sweet, sticky sweet, chocolatey, candy-sweet, a bit fruity but otherwise just creamy, caramel-sweet, calorie-laden sweet. Wonderful - at least in that shop! I indulge myself there and am thrilled. A unique place in Erding and delicious. I would definitely just sniff the bottle and enjoy reminiscing. I wouldn’t wear this candy shop!
