A spooky kind of comfort
Known for their atmospheric scents, Baba Yaga became my first love from Sixteen92. The scenario painted is a lone witch in her cabin, with drying herbs hanging above a gentle fire. The dragon's blood, while the most prominent note, is complimented by the dirt note into balance the incense. After about a half an hour of wear, the wood smoke peaks out along with the dried herbs (I personally smell sage). It becomes a very cozy smell (for a witch ;) ).
The throw is stronger than some of Sixteen92's other earth based perfumes, but since this is a perfume oil and not an EdP it never becomes overpowering/offensive. My skin tends to eat up scents without a fixative so the throw would be more prominent on someone without this issue. It lasts for about 6 hours with a gradual fade throughout if I were to not wear a fixative. If you are a lover of atmospheric/nature/woody scents, this is certainly worth exploring.
