Fun but not wearable
For fun, I ordered a number of 5ml decants from Smell Bent. On the recommendation of a fumehead, this was among them. Unfortunately, I am unimpressed.
Hungry Hippie smells like a hash brownie. But that's about where the fun ends. This is just not wearable. The patch is OK, just OK. Nothing else is redeeming about this scent. It might wear better on someone with a less girlie chemistry, perhaps a guy. It also might be better in oil rather than juice.
Although unique, the quality just isn't not there in Smell Bent ... from the ingredients, to the labeling, to the packaging. This is consistent with my experience with other fragrances in the Smell Bent line-up. The quality and consistency is not there as compared with other independent artisans, such as BPAL let's say.
I appreciate small, artisanal perfumers and want to support them, but this is not one I can recommend. Sorry.
