Works perfectly as an After Shave
I find this aftershave to be absolutely fine. It serves its purpose and is logically very similar to "s.Oliver Men (Eau de Toilette) | s.Oliver," even though the longevity at 5 to 6 hours and thus the sillage are significantly weaker.
The top note starts off quite alcoholic and synthetic. It has a decent scent of pepper but also of bergamot and spicy cardamom. In the heart note, clary sage comes through very strongly. The base smells quite sweet and vanilla-like with amber and a hint of sandalwood.
I would say that we are in a price segment where this aftershave can certainly hold its own, even if there is no unique selling point.
