№ 02 - L'Air du Désert Marocain Tauer Perfumes 2005 Eau de Toilette Intense

The scorching heat of the desert air burns his skin and takes his breath away. He won't last much longer without water. The only smell in the air is that of the bone-dry palm wood he has been leaning against. Apart from the old palm trees, there is nothing to indicate that there was once an oasis here. Slowly but surely he comes to terms with the fact that no one would ever find him here again and he closes his eyes in exhaustion. But suddenly something changes. Slightly at first, and then more and more strongly, he takes in the scent of cumin. "Impossible," he thinks. Is he hallucinating? Yes, there it is again, now very clear. Slowly he opens his eyes. He has to get used to the glare of the desert sun. He breathes a sigh of relief: a caravan is crossing the dune and coming towards him. Now he can smell the camels and the tempting sweetness of the dates. The caravan stops and offers to take him along. Together they move on into the sunset towards Marrakech.

This fragrance is a real work of art in my opinion. He is absolutely not linear, but changes over time. So he tells his own story for me. Unfortunately, he holds on my skin not too long. Nevertheless, I would clearly advise him to try out.
