Decently missed

"Meloe" by Teo Cabanel is one of the lightest and most subliminal fragrances I've had under my nose in a long time...

The idea of a melon. The hint of a melon. The shade of a melon. The thesis of a melon. Super simple, very monothematic, gone very quickly. If it was there at all. Melon without melon. Flesh without esprit. Grassy and pleasing. Certainly an okay companion on ultra-hot days. But it doesn't give me enough. Very boring. Although by no means a stinky fragrance, quite the opposite. And you have to get a melon this neutral and natural first. Nevertheless underwhelming.

Flacon: a highlight!
Sillage: extremely transparent and breathy
Longevity: after just 4 hours, there is hardly anything left to guess...

Conclusion: melon fragrances hardly come more passive and lighter... Green, defensive, watery, barely there. Not unattractive, but unattractive.
