Since 1381

Toscolano paper production and printing have their roots in the year 1381. The river of the same name has always provided the energy for the mills to produce this magic paper. Much is still done there by hand today. Because even today people still believe that important things should only be written on the best paper. Luther is said to have possessed a Bible from Toscolano.

Terre del Garda captures not only the scent of paper and monastic writing rooms, but above all the charm of the region on the western shore of Lake Garda. It is a woody, slightly spicy fragrance, but always dancing around this wonderful paper chord.

The Sillage is rather moderate, which doesn't bother me at all. The fragrance is perceptible, but discreet. Revels in a deep calm and fine lines.
