You gotta try this...
A few days ago a perfume order was accompanied by a sample of Liquid Sun. Well, I thought to myself, since there are no comments yet, I will test this fragrance and write down my experience for you.
Open the specimen, look at the watch and apply a good portion to the wrist. First impression is neroli with a slight green note (mandarin leaf, I suppose?). Quite intense, but pleasant if you like this aroma. After about five minutes the scent on my skin becomes a little finer, softer. I smell mostly tangerine or orange blossom now. The scent is dense, but not at all of the kind that will kill you.
After about 25 minutes the whole thing becomes somewhat creamier. A fine frangipani note develops. In addition, the neroli/orange blossom/tangerine scent remains an integral part of the sniffed scent molecules. The perfume is soft and warm and also has something of the smell of washed laundry on a clothesline in the meadow.
The sillage is such that you can perceive the smell in the room where I spent some time. My husband likes him and after a little over an hour he was able to smell him about 50 cm away.
After about 4 hours he slowly became very close for me and now after 5 hours I have to sniff my wrist. I first rubbed Vaseline into my dry skin - so the durability could be better.
I didn't smell anything of the peony on my skin and the ebony also escapes my nose. However, this one doesn't really have a clue how ebony smells ;-)
In any case, Holzig didn't smell anything on me. Now at the end the fragrance is soft and gentle, this could be musk and sandalwood
All in all, this perfume was a little disappointing for me. Not because the scents are bad. It is also harmonious and suitable for office use... but the fragrance is... let's say, manageable. For me a little too boring and in addition no perfume that fits into my prey scheme - but that is not his fault!
