Colette has left the building - too soon…
Colette - the charming and beautiful French writer, who wrote books in her husband’s name deserves to have her own scent. But instead of impersonating her, Colette from the house Tocca leaves an impression of a volatile and weak person. I dare say this is not who Colette was.
This scent is way too brief. It opens with delicious mandarin and juniper and soon moves to the flowers. Finally, after less than 2 hours, I only get vanilla. That does not do it for me. I do not want a fragrance that I have to splash on every half an hour.
So - lovely notes and a beautiful flacon. But longevity is poor.

A sweet but brief relation
This is a perfume, presumably released in 2002. I have had it in my collection for some time but never tried it before recently. I admit, that I was in some ways a bit disappointed. It is not bad - just very average. The best part of it is the vanilla...
