Does someone have a Capri Sun?
Oh, it seems someone didn't take well to the fact that the supposed It-girl fragrance doesn't smell as glamorous as its exterior promises, right?
Well, to clarify: fragrances are extremely subjective - and that's a good thing. Are you a fan of cherries? Then this scent might be just right for you. Unfortunately, not for me personally. Aside from the fact that Tom Ford is the epitome of expensive, I couldn't find anything in this fragrance that would make it stand out as revolutionary. I know, I might be a bit harsh, sorry, cherry lovers. But in my opinion, and after extensive testing with some friends, the scent reminds me more of a Capri Sun or a small cherry candy. Smoky? Not at all. Almond? Not at all. But yes, sweet cherry is definitely present.
But what do you really smell? I must say, this fragrance is no magician. Therefore, there is only a minimal progression. At first, it is a bit more sparkling and perhaps a little darker. Dark cherry describes it quite well. But it quickly becomes sweeter. The acidity is no longer as present, more syrupy, as described in the fragrance pyramid. You really have to make an effort to smell the vanilla. I believe the vanilla just softens the acidity a bit. What remains is a sweet cherry drink. It is and remains a simple cherry scent without frills - something for young-at-heart fans of cherry Capri Sun.

Tastes are known to differ. That's why I find your review interesting. But a 1 for longevity?

Yeah, unfortunately, the longevity really isn't great. For me, it lasts a maximum of 2 hours, and for friends maybe 3 (if we're lucky). I usually don't give such low ratings, but Lost Cherry takes the cake.
