Oud Wood Tom Ford 2007 Eau de Parfum

Just wow! That's what I thought when I sprayed this fragrance on my wrist for the first time in a perfumery. I've owned a few perfumes before, but I didn't really get to grips with them, especially not in this price range. I figured okay, that smells pretty good, and then I took it. But with Oud Wood it was quite different, I suddenly started to interpret so much into a fragrance. I felt very different from all the other fragrances I had ever worn.
Self-confident, expressive and according to the motto "here I am", that's how I feel with this fragrance. 2-3 sprayings were enough and the smell was like an aura around me, which didn't let me go anymore. In the first moment came a fresh kick that was by no means cheap and is maintained throughout. In the second act there is a dry wooden note and at the end it becomes very smooth and rounded. For me my absolute favorite fragrance, which also brought me into the world of fragrances and has devoured me since then. I never thought I'd ever write such a comment or even be registered on a page about perfume. For me fragrances were just a nice accessory that I used from time to time but Tom Ford opened the gates to a new world for me with this perfume and increased my interest in fragrances enormously so that my collection now continues to expand.
