On a Secret Mission

The Venetian special agent was on a secret mission for his house. He was one of the best in his field, and not just because of his code name. In professional circles, he was known as "Venetian Bergamot," which was deliberately a clever deception.

While bergamot was certainly perceptible in him, it never took the lead. Rather, "VB," as he liked to call himself, opened with a hesperidic freshness, but this came across as spicy and sharp. The pepper and ginger even gave him a slight tingling sensation, which always confused his victims at first. So, anyone misled by the name of his counterpart, expecting a typical summer companion, had already lost.

In any case, VB was something truly special and almost unique in his demeanor and behavior. People described him as profound, complex, and exuding luxury. At the same time, he was also mysterious and alluring.

What truly made VB an expert in his field was his versatility. Usually, VB waited on his Venetian gondola at the Canale Grande, enchanting his victims with a sharp-tingling greeting. Quickly, however, to leave no traces, VB would bring out his favorite flowers and captivate his victims with a creaminess so buttery soft that they felt absolute comfort and security.

But before anyone could imprint a profile that they could later report to the police, this master of transformation changed once more and brought the wood of his gondola to the forefront. All of this was always underscored by the spices and impressions of Venice, and the victims in the gondola felt as if they were in a dream.

Moreover, no one knew whether VB was male or female, as he appeared so unisex that no one could really pin it down. He - or she - was always dressed in a black robe, wore a Venetian mask over his eyes and nose, and let his wide hood fall deep into his face.

When the gondola ride ended after 6-7 hours, so too did the time of his victims draw to a close. However, VB did not kill his victims but released them into the warm summer evenings of Venice, without looking back. His victims yearned for VB and were now doomed to wander the streets and canals of Venice for the rest of their lives; in constant search of their captor and liberator. When they tried to describe VB, no one could portray him in his entirety, and no one came up with the name "Venetian Bergamot." And so, VB remained an absolute insider tip, delighting only those fortunate enough to encounter him.

This happens often with Tom Ford and these hidden gems. I’m just saying Vert d‘Encens. Unfortunately, these are usually discontinued.
