This is a very well done lemon-y fragrance that plays well in cooler weather. The primary note I get is a bright citrus with some white floral notes and a nice creamy vanilla base. It reminds me of a lemon cheesecake in the best way. I don’t get a lot of development in the scent profile, but that’s just fine by me. I know others may disagree with me, but this feels like a warmer weather fragrance that can work in slightly cooler weather thanks to the creamy base. I don’t get many woody notes off it. The performance is quite good; I get a full workday out of it and projection is decent without being overbearing. Due to the price, this isn’t the easiest to recommend for blind buy, but it feels like a hidden gem compared to the rest of the Private Blend!
