My Introduction to Leather Scents!
I had tested a few leather fragrances in the past, including TF Tuscan Leather and Ombré Leather EdP. They never really impressed me, as they were simply too intense. After reading only good things about the OL perfume following its release, I had to get a sample, and I must say: I am thrilled!
The top note smells very leathery to me, but after about 10 minutes it fades, and floral and woody notes join in. The blend is very rounded for me, the woodiness is complemented by the soft leather, and the fragrance doesn’t become too heavy thanks to the floral accent. Overall, a great mix, not overpowering yet still special.
The longevity on my skin is very good; even 12 hours later, the scent is still perceptible up close.
The sillage is good, but I apply very little anyway because I don’t want to be noticed by the entire room.
Overall, for me, it’s a fantastic fragrance that is unique and definitely suitable for everyday wear, wearable in cooler temperatures; I still need to test it in summer.
