Victim of its own marketing
When a well trained new celebrity is about to step out on their well planned review, a certain reputation need to be build up to attract interest. As they step up to the scene and all they can muster up on the scene is a badly auto tuned, half mumbled tune with incoherent lyrics, the excitement dies down and people waddle away in disappointment.
But there is still a strong interest left in a handful eho can truly enjoy it, and that handful can stay true for sure.
As it goes in the metaphor for this product, I'm not in that handful, but I'll tell you what, for a powdery/almond/vanilla lover this goes hard. It's not vanilla sex, it's a vanilla intimate moment, unless vanilla sex was supposed to mean missionary position, no moaning, "bored but just getting it over with" sex.
It's great for layering, or when you want to enjoy a soft powdery scent for staying at home or chilling out. It's inviting, linear and comfortable enough to even have as an everyday scent really! (If your nose doesn't translate it as pee or playdoh) În the air people definitely won't pick up on it as a pee scent.
I personally bought a copy after trying it, because I'm not down to pay that amount lol.

Been thinking about making this formula rather than pay the $$$ price for it. I've looked at the basics and number of ingredients it takes to make this formula, and I was surprised it only has 42. I was thinking in the upper 20's on the ingredients since it was a simple concept. But it's Tom F'..... Ford, and his fragrances usually contain a healthy amount of aroma chems and naturals.

Have you tried Ani by Nishane? It's a more diverse profile and unisex fragrance, really nice but leans just a bit on women's side. I would wear it on occasion--it's not really that fem in my opinion. It's an amber floral with cardamon, black currant, and rose in heart notes. Base notes are Vanilla, benzoin sandalwood, cedar, and a few other notes. https://shorturl.at/bc4vd (Fragrantica). I want to make nice fem perfume to add to my collection. I've only got one fem perfume that I've made in my collection so far. It's Spiritueuse Double Vanille by Guerlain. It's super easy to make and fantastic scent. Good longevity. Have are tried Delina by PDM? Or Chole? Got any good recommendations? Always like input. There's a few good freebies out there, but nothing like the top niche perfume houses. I just found a decent female perfume Belle de Nuit by Givaudan. It's nicely balanced. The freebies are good practice too!

Thats an interesting thought! If u have enough to buy the ingredients you should try for sure, overall the profile is pretty plain and linear so it shouldn't be hard to replicate. I might add though, you could also try to play with it and create something for yourself 😂 there's a site that has a bunch of formulas available for free to use too,it's probably over there
