First this unusual carnation rose, the image of an overgrown garden of an old cottage, right next to the coast, which sends a light, salty breeze. It is still warm, fall is just around the corner, the sweetness of summer has given way to the slightly tart and ambery note of the dry coastal greenery. I think of quiet romance, introverted and unexcited infatuation, reverence for the rose and appreciation of naturalness. Definitely not mainstream.
