Gentle sandalwood
This fragrance was given to me as a sample in the perfumery. As I really like the scent of sandalwood, I tested Santal Blanc straight away.
I liked it as soon as I sprayed it on. A fresh note with a dry, woody undertone. For me, it's more of a musky freshness than a mandarin or tangerine. A hint of violet rounds off the fragrance nicely so that the sandalwood doesn't take over too dull and woody. The base note then remains with a creamy touch of fig milk, for me beautifully elegant and gentle.
All in all, I actually like Santal Blanc better than Santal 33 Eau de Parfum. It's softer and creamier, a wonderful alternative to my otherwise sweet fragrances.
The full bottle moved in with me today.

In the colder months, I switch to Tam Dao.
