Mon Boudoir Vivienne Westwood 2013

and everywhere.. In contrast to "Boudoir," "Mon Boudoir" is a fragrance for every occasion.

It was a very pleasant blind purchase: since I already count several fragrances from Vivienne Westwood in my collection and have never been disappointed, I was very curious. Would I have to get used to it like I did with "Boudoir"? No! The first contact ignited immediately and the scent captivated me:

1. Vision: beautiful colors, sunrise, dew-covered meadow - cool, fresh fruits, not too sweet, even a bit bitter and green

after about 10 minutes

2. Vision: romantic garden with a delicate rose arch, surrounded by lily of the valley - The scent becomes softer, the little flowers reveal themselves, especially the lily of the valley... the rose and a hint of jasmine act pleasantly in the background. I still find it not too sweet, just right. A slightly powdery note mixes in..

3. Vision: I remain in the garden, sit down on a bench and enjoy, letting my soul dangle... Only much later - it gets too cool outside - do I settle into a cozy sofa and light an incense stick - one with a very delicate, warm, woody, spicy scent.

I love this scent, it is very feminine, sensually lovely in a sweet way, not sexy and not vulgar. Yet, it is also not innocent.. If true love had a scent, it would smell like "Mon Boudoir".. (if it had existed at my wedding, I would have worn it! But I could ask my husband if we want to get married again.. :-))

Above all, it lasts very long on me, about 4-6 hours. (That is really very long for me!). I have already received several compliments for this little water and I think I would always repurchase it.
