These are those hot days. Days that change the feeling of life and follow their own rhythm. Those who can spend the days dozing on the garden lounge and enjoy long, mild summer evenings on the terrace. Only the children are filled with bubbling energy, running squealing with joy through the sprinkler, overflowing with zest for life. Every three minutes they ask for an ice cream. Much more often than usual, they are allowed to get it.

"Wackelwasser light" quickly puts me in that wonderful summer mood, characterized by a mix of relaxed, almost cozy lethargy and pulsating energy. The term "sparkling" fits perfectly here: the scent has something effervescent that reminds me of orange soda in connection with Orange Fizz. Ginger and pepper add a bit of spiciness, making it tingly instead of sweet. The sparkling note lingers on me for a long time and defines the fragrance for me. Later, something else emerges that I associate with "clean" or simply "water." It reminds me of all the occasions when we deal with water in summer: the outdoor pool, the swimming lake, the garden sprinkler, the countless refreshing showers... Perhaps there is something woody in it as well, because after a while it seems a bit more pronounced than at the beginning, but it remains unreservedly wearable for both genders at all times. Otherwise, I can't pick out any individual scent notes - just as little as I could break down the scent of summer into its individual components.

Carefree, kissed by the sun and life itself - that’s how "Wackelwasser light" smells to me. The only downside: it stays very close to my skin. I found the longevity to be very short during the first test, but that’s not true. In a second test, I sprayed the scent on my left arm and left my right arm unperfumed. Throughout the day, I sniffed both arms from time to time and lo and behold: on my left arm, I could still smell the Wackelwasser hours later. But only directly on the skin. Nevertheless, it’s an all-around beautiful summer scent that always makes me think of the name of a Treaclemoon product: "Those lemonade days..." Lemonade days.
