Suits the Waterford Brand
This is a pretty freshie in the vein of Issey Miyake Florale. If you like that you might like this too. It has that same flower petals floating on a cool pond kind of feel. Rose water, lotus, jasmine, and freesia with powdery violets. Simply pretty and as delicately light as a body mist but with good staying power.
While this is not my type of fragrance, I can appreciate how well this is done. I think Harry Freemont really hit the mark as this perfectly suits the Waterford brand and does make me think of a bouquet of flowers in a crystal vase.

Not a true aquatic
If you're looking for a perfume without any skank whatsoever, this is the one!

It does have the "aquatic" note because of the lotus, but I would not call this a true aquatic scent like Acqua di Gioia. It's way too floral. But the florals are kept light and fresh. I'm not getting the musk or the patchouli, just a light, natural (not synthetic) floral. It smells like someone who has been outside working in the flower patch in the sunshine on a breezy day. You know...that "outside" scent. But slightly more floral. It is not green or powdery. It is slightly sweet, but that's more from the freesia, I think, than any other typical "sweet" note used in modern perfumery.

It's stronger than I thought it would be, based on the reviews, but it is by no means obnoxious! This is a pretty and romantic scent. It can be had for a very good price online, too. I've never seen it in a store. The bottle looks like something you might see on a grandmother's vanity. I have to note that I really love the sprayer on the bottle--it sends out a moderately sized cloud of fine mist particles.

Because this fragrance is so inoffensive, it is suitable for business, schools, or church, but it is also very suitable for a romantic dinner out! It smells beautiful in free-flowing hair!

This may not make it to my top shelf, but it's super close. I like it a lot!

Beautiful and romantic--a woman who wears her hair down and free-flowing! She is modest and kind and smiles a lot!
