A white floral surprise
This should be called Tuberose instead of Almond! Sure, almond is detectable, too, but tuberose is the main star here. And what a beautiful tuberose it is: Intense and hypnotic, very creamy, always fresh and never stuffy. While it's very sweet, it doesn't turn bubblegummy like some other tuberoses do. A clean white musk keeps it from going to sugary. The sweetness in this scent comes from the vanilla and almond, not from the flower itself. I like how the almond adds a touch of nuttiness, in my opinion that often works very well with tuberose.
The fruit notes are also nicely done, they feel crisp and add liveliness to the top without taking over the scent. I can sense raspberry, zesty mandarin and stone fruits, but they all blend into one fresh splash of fruits. None of them feels overripe or jammy.
I thought there was a touch of rose in this, too, but maybe the brand name was misleading me, or facets of plum, raspberry and pink pepper, which all can be a little rosy, made me think of rose.

It's a slow burn that becomes addictive after a while. Very intense and long-lasting, too, and the creaminess intensifies in the drydown.
