The Fruit Booster!

This fragrance exudes a fruity freshness that is unmatched and lives up to its "Sport" label. Right after spraying, there it is, this alertness: an open scent without frills. In its cheerfulness, it neither drifts into being too sweet, too floral, too spicy, or anything else. Its fruitiness envelops us straightforwardly and clearly, conveying more than just "freshly showered."

The citrus DNA of this Aigner is convincing with a grapefruit that is almost biteable, if one could. Alongside the juicy apple, which soon joins the grapefruit as a heart note, this EDT also has a slight hay scent, and after about an hour, a tea-like note emerges. Simply delightful, this composition!

While the freshness of the mint also contributes to the appeal of this fragrance, all other ingredients do not stand out particularly. That's a good thing, as the dominant fruit blend of the "grapefruits" can fully unleash its potential, continuing to radiate its charm for hours.

An all-around successful fragrance, especially for the newcomers ;-) among us.

How FRESHLY SHOWERED ...

...that's what I thought when I tried Aigner N°1 Sport for the first time, when I received it as a gift for my birthday.
I applied 2 sprays to my wrist and smelled it. I was immediately thrilled. Fruity notes elegantly blend with leather, and you instantly think of the scent when you've just showered with your favorite shower gel and then pampered yourself with your favorite skincare products. Truly, you feel fresh and well-groomed!
The longevity and sillage are also very good; you are strongly noticed due to this excellent composition of fruit, spices, and leather.

I don't know any fragrance that smells so similar or even exactly like this Aigner.

A sporty scent...

... for a sporty appearance.

Today, we gifted our dear veterinarian Aigner No 1 Sport for his birthday.
He deserved something nice for his loving care of our Bonzo treasure.
And the concerned pet owners need to be treated as well.
He has been treating me alongside my favorite with Bach flowers.
A profession that requires a lot of empathy.

Our doc used to be an active football player - but he has retained his gentleness.
And this combination of men's sport and empathy suits the scent.

It starts fruity with grapefruit and lemon - but gains spice from cardamom.
Mint and apple are cool-juicy and smell irresistibly delicious.
Patchouli leans towards the oriental, accompanied by a fine leather scent.

A fragrance that awakens emotions, instills trust, and one that I can also imagine on women.

In any case, our doc was taken with Aigner No 1 Sport, and will now delight both humans and animals with his masculine-gentle aura.

Fresh, fruity, green

Aigner No. 1 Sport is an affordable alternative for everyday use or during sports activities. I hadn't really considered the brand and the fragrance until I noticed it in the perfumery and tested it.

The first impression is great. The EdT opens very fruity and fresh. Lemon, grapefruit, apple, (kiwi?). Cardamom can be subtly sensed. After a few minutes, green accords join in: mint, moss, patchouli, musk. Leather and woods round off the scent profile and give the EdT good longevity.

For me, Aigner No. 1 Sport lasts a solid 6 hours, which I think is excellent for a fresh, sporty scent in this price category. I paid €27 for 100ml. The sillage is also decent; I would say it can be noticed for a good 3 hours. The fragrance is non-intrusive and provides a long-lasting feeling of freshness and simply good mood. In summer and on mild days in spring and autumn, it shows its strengths; otherwise, it is also quite wearable during and right after sports or in leisure time with a T-shirt or polo shirt. This one should definitely be tested when possible!

Super Gym Scent!

Why? It has maybe left my gym bag 3 times, my go-to at the gym. Why not, the scent is perfect for that, light, citrusy, quite refreshing, and after all, it’s called Sport. What I personally really like about this scent, and thus it has made its way into my daily life: it is not sweet. I have had issues with many scents that don’t come off as sweet to others (Dylan Blue just turns into super sweet shampoo smell, why???), the problem being that they become sweet on my skin, especially in warmth. A scent that is already sweet on my skin would simply be annoying during sports, and that’s where Aigner comes into play; I was even approached about the scent twice, sure, it doesn’t sound like much, but when you only wear the scent at the gym and then get comments other than “How many sets do you have left?” or “Do you still need the dumbbell?”, such unexpected things are welcome and speak for the scent.

Scent: The biggest plus points here: not really sweet and for the price, it doesn’t smell very synthetic either. For me, it’s a mint-apple-lemon story, much more doesn’t really come through, in the drydown you might catch some patchouli and something vetiver-like, but don’t expect any unbelievable depths, it is ultimately a perfume that carries the name Sport, and rightly so.

Performance: 5 hours, projection rather weak, perfect for sports and office.

Bottle: Quite elegant, the bottle feels high-quality, the cap is (like the glass) thick and heavy, the leather wrapping on the cap is a nice detail. The sprayer here is surprisingly good, it sprays quite far and evenly. The only downside is the sticker on the front, which might be a bit disappointing, but for the price, I can’t complain.

Price: Here’s the crucial point in my eyes: the price. I managed to snag the 50ml bottle for a mere 7.99€, and to be honest, I’ve never seen the scent that cheap since. 7.99€ for 50ml, that’s probably the best perfume deal I’ve ever made. If I ever find it again (it was at Müller back then), I will buy 4 more bottles; for the price, the scent is ridiculously good.

Conclusion: A very pleasant citrusy sport scent for (hopefully) little money, can be worn by anyone in any age group. If you know how to get the perfume that cheap, please let me know ;)
