If I were to define and compare the Attar with the regular Alex2 as two people, then the Alex2 would be a guy who barges in and craves attention. He wants to stand out at all costs. For some, this is positive, for others rather negative, as the Oud is very prominent.
The Attar, on the other hand, is the clearly softer, more elegant, and better balanced fragrance that, like a gentleman, first gains attention with confidence and a certain presence, but with the necessary politeness, earning respect and appreciation.
Nevertheless, the price is extremely high, and one must be willing to pay that price.
