More gourmand is really not possible!

Greetings, dear perfumas and perfumos!

Today I have chosen another fragrance from the wonderful Italian house of XerJoff, but for a change a fragrance from the Casamorati range, starting with Italica.

I chose this fragrance as the first in the Casamorati range for a reason, as it is rated far too poorly here in my opinion. But more on that later.
Casamorati used to be a prestigious old Italian fragrance label, founded in 1888, which was then taken over by XerJoff. The typical XerJoff lids have of course been adopted with a touch of modern adaptation, but the shape of the bottle is different from that of the usual XerJoff fragrances, namely still in the old Casamorati style with the typical clay shape of the past.

Now we come to the actual fragrance. This is really as described by many users (myself included), from "syrup as perfume" to "gourmand his father".

The fragrance is really strong. Positively fierce. From the first time I sprayed it, I was in love with this fragrance. It's paradise, the land of milk and honey in a bottle. It really is so strongly gourmand that it's relatively difficult for me to make out all the fragrance notes, only a few individual ones such as almonds, milk, honey and caramel/toffee can definitely be detected. And the whole thing is of course created with the typical high quality of Xerjoff, using only the best and most exquisite ingredients. As I said, I can't really add much to the fragrance itself, as it is really gourmand-sweet. But in a unique way, there is certainly no fragrance on the market that is more gourmand than Italica from XerJoff's Casamorati range.
The perfumos among you who are big fans of gourmand fragrances (like me) are certainly well served here. However, if this fragrance is too sweet for you, you might prefer Lira (also from the Casamorati range) or Naxos, for example.

Longevity and sillage are really strong. The fragrance lasts at least 10-15 hours and you are left with a nice thick and sweet cloud of scent.

For me personally one of the most beautiful fragrances ever, it is definitely one of my absolute favorites. I'm not one for top 10s or top 10 XerJoffs or anything like that, because I think you always leave out beautiful fragrances that definitely deserve it, but Italica is one of those fragrances where I have to make an exception.

As usual with XerJoff, the bottle and packaging are an absolute 10/10!
