Dangerous Sensuality and Honey Bath with Oud,

I never thought I would be able to bathe in an animalic honey bath with Oud. The animalic quality in Ceylon is emphasized by two types of Oud and some nectar flowers - the Indian and the Malaysian, with the Malaysian already being sweet enough on its own, enhancing the sweetness further. The nectar flowers include Jasmine Sambac, Orange Blossom, and Bergamot. The animalic aspect here reminds me of pure deer musk from Areej Le Dore's Russian Musk. The name Ceylon (among other things, the former name of Sri Lanka) comes from the name of the black tea variety that also plays its part here. The masterfully blended nectar scents, similar to those from April Aromatics, refine the fragrance and make it interesting, uniquely beautiful, very wearable, and not at all fecal - says my nose. Certainly, not everyone likes animalic or Oud fragrances, and many fragrance enthusiasts would not want to wear something like this. But those who are looking for olfactory notes and experiential scents, for example from ALD or Bortnikoff among others, should at least try this creation. Ceylon is a true treasure of experience, where there is no time for boredom or linearity. The longevity and sillage are par excellence. In the hot summer like this year (2021), just 2 drops, preferably only ONE, are completely sufficient. And what is actually dangerous about this fragrance? The addiction. I have only tested Ceylon a few times from a small sample, and a message immediately ran through my mind - Yes, I need this, no matter what it costs. The olfactory experience with Ceylon stands for indulging in a crazy ritual bath in Oud!

I would find pure deer musk ethically questionable...

It's still my absolute favorite to this day and in the niche segment, it's definitely worth the money for me.

It's great that it has enchanted you like that. I'm curious about what thoughts are going through your mind. It sounds like it's captivating you and taking you away.
I really struggled with the perfume at first, but I couldn't get it out of my head. Now it sits there, the €370 bargain. Never thought I'd spend that much money.
