Genius or Madness?!

After multiple extensive tests of Torino 24, it must be noted that the people at Xerjoff truly understand their craft.
However, the primary goal of Torino 24 cannot have been to appeal to the masses. Instead, the focus is more on the craftsmanship from the house of Xerjoff.
With Torino 24, we receive a fragrance that effortlessly integrates into the world of tennis, but is more of a handcrafted project rather than a mass-appeal must-have scent. Even though it belongs to the Torino line, it really doesn’t have much in common with the other Torino fragrances. While Torino 21 set the bar very high, the subsequent scents had a hard time stepping into its large footsteps; nevertheless, Torino 22/23 were absolutely wearable perfumes. Torino 24, on the other hand, starts with a light floral citrus note, which is quickly accompanied by a synthetic note: the smell of a new tennis ball! This note accompanies you from start to finish, while during the drydown, the floral citrus is replaced by a light, fruity mango. An exciting experiment that certainly polarizes, especially when looking at the individual reviews. Torino 24 truly has a hard time measuring up to its big siblings 21-23, but it compensates with its unique characteristic. The longevity is absolutely good and the sillage is sportily appropriate, not intrusive.

Torino 24 is absolutely wearable, especially since the synthetic aspect does not disturb, but rather seems interesting. Time and again, you catch yourself sniffing at your own wrist or collar. One should not dismiss Torino 24 right after the first spray or wear; it simply needs a bit of time; a fragrance that gets better the more you wear it. Still, it will not become an everyday scent that excites the masses, that much is certain.

Finally, we have a fragrance that polarizes and where opinions diverge significantly, truly a niche product from the house of Xerjoff. And isn’t that what makes niche fragrances so special and distinguishes them from designer scents, which we appreciate about fragrances…?!

Haven't read such a great review in a long time, the last sentence is "on point."
