Nuit Vanille Yves Rocher 2018

The Christmas package from a dear perfumer was a long time coming.

But that doesn’t matter, as it only fueled the anticipation.
And a surprise after Christmas can’t hurt either.

The plump package actually arrived in January - and among many treasures, I discovered the nocturnal vanilla.

It is truly a soft comforter, especially since I am battling a toothache and a cold.
No, my nose is no longer affected, so I can make an objective statement.
And this statement is entirely positive.

A real unsweetened vanilla reaches me - as if from the pod.
No Dr. Oetker vanilla pudding here.
The cedar wafts over it with a smoky touch - but the jasmine brightens the authentic vanilla aroma.
Bergamot gently refreshes the scent, making it suitable for daytime wear - but also for the evening.

A full-bodied, yet not heavy rocher - with good longevity.
