Oh dear, oh dear... What am I reading here? My beloved Icon is being torn apart? No, I can't do that to "my" Icon and must immediately defend my nightly companion...
I became aware of it when I read in an American forum that this scent is said to be very similar to the old Jovan Ginseng from 1975. And since I am very interested in the Jovan classics, my interest was piqued. Given the already ridiculously low price, it was no big risk....
And what can I say? I love it! And I mean really love it!
For 3 years, it has been a constant in my collection, which, especially in recent years, considering the fragrance inflation I am experiencing (thanks to Parfumo), says something...
I use it gladly and regularly, but - and this is significant - only at night! This scent does not suit me during the day, not in the light. It is the first choice in darkness, silence, and solitude. What a wonderful companion when you are out late...
The scent itself is heavy for me, yet fresh and somehow very clean. It is not intrusive, it caresses the wearer, and even after frequent use, it does not become annoying. It presents itself almost a bit sweetly. I also notice a certain closeness to Halston.
No, there is no question, this scent once again shows that good perfumes do not have to be expensive. Additionally, it comes in a very stylish and high-quality bottle. Zirh has proven its fragrance competence here at the latest...
So go for it if you can get it. More good perfume for even less money is not possible!

Even though I don't like incense, I love this perfume because it's primarily spicy. Incense is just in the background. For the price, it's a real steal! Iconic trophy, dear Nikodemus!!!

I thought it was good at first too. But the bottle quickly lost its appeal. I let myself be too influenced by other comments. If you really take a moment to "smell it out," you come to the same conclusion as Buenolfato (previous comment).

Since you mentioned the low price, I’ll rate it higher. I always consider the price-performance ratio in my reviews. Yes, it's a scent for the night; I have some feminine ones too.
