im gonna preface this by saying that i have a hard time telling exactly what im smelling sometimes, and also i dont know what to expect from specific notes (like i could not tell you if i smell heliotrope or not bc idfk what heliotrope smells like). ALSO i did get a decant tester from luckyscent for this, as opposed to an official tester.
wet on skin - EXTREMELY wet very powdery florals. but more powdery in the sense that it has that spicy zing in your nose. feels very full in your lungs. the smell is very wet garden, not in a wet soil way but in a "flowers are exploding with pollen and the pollen is sticking to every wet surface" way.
drying - not much changed! i asked my partner their thoughts and they said it smells very "sporty". to me it smells like a "mature woman", florals that i feel you have to acquire a taste for. i think you could wear this to the gym or a fancy museum or just to work.
dry - i am starting to smell the amber i think. and aldehydes?? definitely some sandalwood, but i can still smell some sort of purple floral in there.
i don't really get any rice out of this at all, and that's not a note im typically blind to. i get more of that musk and amber on the dry down, i would say if there is a rice note in here it's more like a rice powder to compliment the florals. i wanna say this perfume is "well blended" tho im a. not a perfume expert and b. fucking awful at explaining how things smell. i only have a small tester but i applied a (fairly) liberal amount to my wrists and the sillage feels very personal. longevity was poor for me, it only lasted a few hours to the point where i have to really huff my own wrist in order to smell it at all.
