Easter bunny's perfume!

Between the apartment houses in my neighborhood is a big lawn area where lots of wild rabbits live. I love to watch them when I work from home and it makes me happy to see them when I come home in the evening. They're usually very shy and easily scared, and of course extremely cute to look at (especially the babies). Until I saw some of them competing for a carrot with aggressive leaps in the air, I thought they were the most gentle and soft creatures ever.

Rabbit by Zoologist is not as timid as real rabbits are, it goes on quite strong. But its character is still soft and sweet. It smells like a sweet cake firstly: Vanilla, almond and a dash of cinnamon with some very realistic grainy, flour-like elements. I'm not sure if it's a carrot cake, I don't get a lot of carrot from this at all. But there are also accents of hay and grass (clover?) that make it more reminiscent of what rabbits might smell when they graze on the lawn.
Still, this is a very whimsical, folkloristic interpretation of a rabbit. It smells like the Easter bunny in a bakery, not like an earthy rabbit hole. Fine with me!

I think this might be the best rodent themed fragrance by Zoologist. Chipmunk is nice, but not energetic enough to represent those skittish critters, and Harvest Mouse is quite heavy and perfumey for a tiny little mouse. I see more of the titular animal in this one than in the others. And it might also help that I just really like sweet gourmands. In my opinion this has a nice balance between concept and wearability. The image on the bottle is adorable and very fitting for the scent, too.
