For years, I didn't wear any perfume at all. I simply didn't have the energy and, yes, for the last 6 years, I also didn't have the time to engage with cosmetics and perfume. But as soon as my little daughter was out of the worst of it, the desire to reconnect with my old self slowly grew. So, after work, I strolled into a random perfumery that was on my way, with the clear goal of treating myself to a really good perfume. At that time, I didn't know Parfumo and, naively, I thought ONE perfume would be enough for me. Tsss... among the featured perfumes was Venus, from Amica Parfums, the in-house brand. This scent just wouldn't let me go. I already knew it! But from where? I pondered and pondered, and finally, it clicked! Because the consultant said: "Many customers said it smells like 'Baccarat Rouge 540 (Eau de Parfum) | Maison Francis Kurkdjian'." That was it! Now I knew the connection! At that time, I only recognized the name 'Baccarat Rouge 540 (Eau de Parfum) | Maison Francis Kurkdjian.' I hadn't smelled it yet. But I have a scented candle at home that is supposed to smell like this perfume. I was truly astonished by this similarity! A few months later, here I am. I now have a sample of BR540, and I can only say: Yes, Venus smells exactly like this perfume.
