A Monolithic Floral-Green Perfume Oil

To my nose, aroma M GEISHA BLANCHE perfume oil is a floral green perfume with an emphasis on jasmine and hyacinth. It is fresh and clean and not too green, but it does not exhibit a lot of development. The opening seemed a bit citrusy, but after that it basically became a plot of grass and mixed flowers. I do not detect the lychee--or any other fruit--at all.

This is a nice albeit simple creation, but it does not really stand out from the floral green crowd, it seems to me. My hunch is that this composition would develop more interestingly in an edp or edt format, rather than perfume oil, which in my experience tends to flatten everything out into a single monolithic layer.

Watch out...

.... when you wear this fragrance, that you don't get nibbled, slobbered on, or bitten. What a delicious scent. Not that sickly sweet, artificial kitschy fruit salad like with many mainstreamers (Blanche is definitely not one of them!), but really naturally smelling fruits. Lychee deliciousness and dreamy hyacinth that immediately grabs your attention but not so much that you want to lay your ears back.
Floral-fruity, super summer scent. But not a fleeting breeze, rather super longevity and a dreamy presence.
Thank you Odeur, you are to blame for me licking my arm.

Perfect Combination of My Favorite Clean Cream Scents:-)

The wait was worth it; after 8 weeks, this noble and simple bottle arrived from New York (by airmail, haha). Lucky me: no import sales tax was charged this time... was it because of the customs office in Hamburg, which handled the package this time? Lübeck had been much stricter in the past...

By the way, the owner and perfumer Maria McElroy is a very charming person; we had contact via email multiple times. She seems to be delighted with every single person who loves her fragrances.
Well, for me, it was a blind purchase. But one that was absolutely worth it.
In short: this scent is a feast for all clean scent fans! It combines several of my favorite fragrances into one:

- Silver Musk
- Mihime
- Ciel Woman
- Iperborea
- Hothouse Flower
- Nuvole
I perceive it neither soapy nor laundry detergent clean, but rather clean, warm, creamy, and refined. Suitable for everyday and office wear. Elegant yet simple. Clean chic.

A successful round composition with long-lasting wear. I don’t find it particularly fruity/floral. More creamy, white floral, slightly green.

And to preempt any inquiries-no, I’m not giving anything away, not even a mini sample! Because that would get out of hand; how many fans of this scent direction would I have to share my 50ml with??
Maybe we could talk about sharing sometime;-)

Hello Paradise ..... goodbye Paradise.......Hello Soapland

After Medusa's comment, I expected quite a bit when I treated myself to Geisha Blanche for the first time today (I only have a small sample that I need to ration). And I was not disappointed :-) The first spray and I feel like I'm in paradise. This is an incredibly wonderful scent that wafts towards me. I detect the hyacinth and fruits, which are not too sweet but bring a pleasant acidity with them.

However, after half an hour, the scent changes to my dismay. It becomes very soapy. While it is not unpleasant for me now and I still kind of like it, I am somewhat disappointed that the scent that completely blew me away takes on such a strong soapy note. There's only one solution, spray again and again ;-)

The longevity is very good and it makes quite an impression at first.
