It's a jazz bar near closing; opens with real intense alcoholic bitterness, and you can taste the yeast of the bread note. The delicious, milky chocolate and vanilla come after, still backed by the amaretto. A distinct tobacco taste is also present at the drydown; dry but slowly sweetens, still accompanied by the cocoa. One note is that the "dark cherry liquor" is barely noticable at all, which was a little disappointing.
