Can longing smell? Oh yes,... she can!
With Blu 1901, Erika managed to take one with her on a journey and to a quiet place hidden deep in the heart of everyone. What is Blu 1901? Blu 1901 is the wet blue mist of tears that makes you disappear. Or a waxy mask behind which you can retreat and hide if you are looking for solitude. Blu 1901 is the hands in the water that gently move in circles and the swell that sweeps away all the oppressiveness and doesn't let it come back!

It is late in the evening and you walk depressed with lowered head the way to the beach through the dunes. The night is starry and the stars sparkle like crystals in the night sky. A gentle breeze blows through the dunes and there is a smell of patchouli and eucalyptus herbs and grasses from the forest behind you. You enter the beach, which shimmers bluish-cool in the moonlight and you can already see the small rowing boat in the moonlight. The sand is still warm from long gone day. Carefully you take it in both hands and sniff it. The scent of warm, soft, waxy benzoin and dried woods with a delicate smoky scent of olibanum caress your nose. You reach the small rowing boat which is already patinated with moss and push it gently into the water. In the sea you love so much! You jump into the boat while the seaweed under your bare feet is gently bursting. The sweet smell of kelp combines with the smell of salty sandalwood on your skin. With calm movements you start rowing. Evenly and thoughtlessly. The sea around you is soft and peaceful and you can hear the silence breathing. And then suddenly you can see it. The little rock with the lighthouse whose light never goes out. And you pause with the rowing and with yourself. And while the vanilla-warm light in the lighthouse turns hypnotically calmly around itself, your heart gets warm, while slowly a blue tear slips away from you and runs down your face. It suddenly smells gently of peonies and sweet figs. And you have the feeling of no longer being alone in the boat. Something sits next to you and looks with you into the sparkling blue night and to the lighthouse. And this something is called longing. And it holds your hand and gently caresses your dreams!

Melting, creamy-warm benzoin runs through the fragrance and peaceful, resinous-sour, smoky olibanum. A warm, spicy and creamy vanilla combined with a hint of peony and fig let the perfume float away in the waves of the night. I was allowed to get to know all three creations of Erika. And they are all enchanting and magical in their own way. But Blu is my favourite. Why is that? Maybe I don't have enough desires yet!
